CHAPTER BY-LAWS

Article IX: Rules

Section 1: Parliamentary Authority
The rules contained in the 9th (1990) edition of Robert's Rules of Order, Newly Revised, published by Scott, Foresman, shall govern this Chapter in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with these bylaws and any special rules of order the Chapter may adopt.
Section 2: Special Rules of Order
The Chapter may adopt such special rules of order as it finds needed to supplement or modify the rules in the parliamentary authority. These special rules shall be attached to these bylaws.
Section 3: Standing Rules
The Chapter may adopt such standing rules as it finds needed to order the details of the Chapter administration. These standing rules shall be supplemental to these bylaws and the other governing documents, and shall be attached to these bylaws.
